Testimonials

Kerry Lynn, Equality and Diversity Officer, Hull College
"The deaf awareness training that we received was first class.  Aidan was friendly and put all staff at ease.  Aidan's professionalism and adaptable training techniques meant that our diverse staff received training that was appropriate for them and made them more aware and competent within the use of Minicoms and loops for the deaf or hard of hearing.

After the training all our reception staff commented on how comfortable they felt with the training and now with using the minicom phone.  This is beneficial for our organisation as we strive to provide above and beyond to our future and present students, and assists us in maintaining our standard for Social Inclusion and Learner Support.

The assistance, support and guidance offered throughout the training and post-training are beneficial to us in embedding and prolonging the standard of maintaining and progressing our provision.

I would strongly recommend any organisation to utilise the training provided by Deaf Aware and we will be using their exemplary service again in the near future to extend staff awareness and training across our sites and colleges"
